Our artisan style butchers are happy to cut any custom fresh lamb that a recipe calls for. We also have a self serv cooler with loin chops to gyro meat available.
Goat may also be available. It is best to call ahead for goat meat if that is what you are interested in.
We also cut and cape venison if you are able to harvest your prize winning buck!
