Oxbow Farm is a local farm that is growing local produce safely away from the unpredictable days of Northwest Connecticut indoors. The farm’s mission is growing wonderful greens & produce, build awareness of indoor farming & foster an environment that will allow the local chefs, the health conscious, lovers of wonderful produce, and all consumers reliable & predictable products year-round. Currently the farm is focusing on microgreens. Being indoors allows innovative techniques & not so to be used. Our products are “grown with care” with non-GMO & organic seeds, OMRI medium & supplies with a bit of renewable energy thrown in. The farm follows “The Farmer’s Pledge”. “Buy Local” is our motto, let’s keep it here and support each other
